…But, who’s mad other than TDE CEO, Anthony Tiffith? …And maybe Kendrick Lamar?
Kendrick’s highly anticipated album was released a bit earlier than expected. Originally expected to be released on March 23rd, the clean version “To Pimp A Butterfly” was dropped at around 1am last night thanks to Interscope Records. Fans everywhere went wild… including Anthony Tiffith himself — but Tiffith went wild for a different reason.
Immediately after the unexpected release, the “Top Dawg” took to Twitter and vented:
No word on Kendrick’s reaction to Interscope’s major mess-up, but he went on to tweet the explicit version of the album… Which — as expected — is a work of art.
